By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Monitor STS provides GPS tracking and informational services for vehicle monitoring through our web platform. Paid plans include extended access to features, device integration, and data storage. All payments are processed via Yoco.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services:

For unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws;
To infringe upon the rights of others;
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
To transmit malicious software or disrupt the service;
To abuse, harass, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

4. Subscription and Payment

Monitor STS offers paid subscription plans. Payments are securely processed through Yoco. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Yoco) to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

You agree to keep your billing information up to date. Prices are subject to change, with notice provided via email or through the app.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monitor STS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we cease providing the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, software, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of Monitor STS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monitor STS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process your data according to South African data protection laws and use third-party providers (like Yoco) under their respective policies.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
